New England Academy, Marshfield is a private, special education therapeutic day school that specializes in trauma-informed supports for students with a variety of social/emotional disabilities ranging from grades 7-12. New England Academy offers students a supportive, non-behavioral learning environment that addresses students executive functioning and social emotional needs in the context of an academically rigorous curriculum in order to prepare students for post secondary life.We are seeking a highly organized, experienced professional candidate to serve as the Dean of Educational Programming at our new campus in Marshfield. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents with social and/or emotional challenges, knowledge of Special Education law, special education regulations, IEP development and implementation, and facilitation of Team meetings. The Dean of Educational Programming is responsible for overseeing IEP programming for all students and is the primary point person for all sending school district contact to assist with monitoring and communicating ongoing student needs and progress throughout the year. The Dean of Educational Programming will be a member of a highly collaborative administrative team that oversees school activities, scheduling, staff trainings, and other various duties to ensure the smooth operation of the school in keeping with its mission.
