Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of multiple projects within our organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the support provided to the individuals in our residential setting.

Salary based on experience, plus hourly rate for hours worked after required hours for salary.

Responsibilities:

• Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
• Ensure implementation of policies and practices
• Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
• On-call services
• Staff training
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth program operations
• Supervise and support a team of support staff
• Oversee program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Skills:

• Proven experience as program management relevant position
• Knowledge of program management and development procedures
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Degree in Human Service-related field preferred, not relative with experience
• 1-year supervisory experience in the DD field
• 2 years’ experience working with the DD population
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
