New Creations Child Care is looking for a dedicated, experienced director who loves working with their staff, the children, and their families! Lexington is an already established center with amazing staff and fully enrolled. This director position is unique in that you do not need to come in and grow the program. This director is hired to maintain the already positive and fun culture both with families and staff.

New Creations Child Care is one of the top childcare programs in the state. Our accredited curriculum is written in-house, with a strong focus on faith and education to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

The program includes extra learning activities and enrichment such as Spanish, Music, and Chapel. The children also participate in Christian activities such as praying before meals and reading Bible stories. Screen time is not used for curriculum or otherwise. Staff are trained to implement our established curriculum (only) and direct any social/political/relationship questions to parents to discuss with their children as they wish.

New Creations has been nurturing and educating children to become lifelong learners for over a decade, and our best-in-their-field Site Directors play a critical role in our educational program.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid CDA, or Associates degree in early childhood education, primary education, or a related field
- 5 years of Director experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
- Possess a deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with our families and the community
