New Covenant Academy, a private Christian school located in Mansfield, PA, invites applications for the position of Headmaster. NCA has operated for over 40 years and is looking for a passionate Christian leader to take the school through the next steps of growth and expansion as the enrollment numbers continue to climb.

This position is the lead administrator for the academy with oversight of academic programs, curriculum development, accreditation, finances, budgeting, fundraising and extracurricular activities. This position also includes managing the staff of more than 20 teachers and office personnel, acting as the spiritual leader of the academy, actively engaging in our local community and churches, and ultimately planning for the future needs and resources for the school.

Applicants are required to have worked in education and show strong leadership abilities as the job comes with many facets. A Master’s degree or the equivalent with a proven record as an effective educator is preferable.
