Job Description:

We are looking for a full time self-motivated, skilled facilities technician for a growing metro company that services commercial and residential customers. This person will be responsible for making basic to advanced repairs based on customer’s needs and tech’s experience. We service locations throughout the Omaha/Lincoln and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities with proficiency or at least general working knowledge in:

· Plumbing

· General Maintenance and Repair

· Carpentry

· Drywall

· Painting

· HVAC

Requirements:

· Valid driver license with good driving record

· Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24’

· Eye for detail

· Able to meet deadlines

· Ability to follow directions on written work orders

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Able to be on call on a rotating schedule

· Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative

· Technical skills to maintain job updates on dispatch software/app

Compensation Package:

· Hourly position with rate of pay depending on experience with room to advance ($30-$35/hour)

· Company provided service vehicle and tools

· Company provided phone

· Medical coverage after 90 days for full time employees

· 48 hours of PTO after 90 days

· 24 hours of vacation pay after 90 days and escalates after 1 year

· 401k eligibility after 6 months with company contributing 3%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
