**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman with strong plumbing and HVAC abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be versatile, and particularly proficient in addressing household maintenance issues. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can work independently or as part of a team to ensure our properties are well-maintained and fully operational.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at residential and commercial properties.

- Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing new fixtures.

- Handle minor electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.

- Inspect properties to identify and address maintenance issues.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a handyman, with a strong background in plumbing and HVAC.

- Ability to perform basic electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certification or vocational training in plumbing.

- Experience with HVAC systems.

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
