New Central Autobody is Hiring an Auto Body Repair Technician Near Minneapolis, MN

Overview:
New central autobody is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Perform auto body repairs on vehicles
- Remove damaged parts and replace with new ones
- Repair dents, scratches, and other damage to the vehicle's exterior
- Weld and assemble parts as needed
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs
- Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and automotive repair techniques
- Proficient in welding and other repair techniques
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus
- Experience with auto glass repair is a plus
