Our Headquarters based in White Plains is seeking a Marketing Intern. The marketing intern will support the team to develop, plan and execute marketing initiatives. A self-starter with the ability to work independently as needed. This person should be comfortable with multitasking in a fast paced environment and able to adjust to a change in needs as the business requires. 

Responsibilities for the Role:

• Social media: 
  • Assist with researching latest trends and aligning them with the industry (B2B)
  • Assist with strategy, organization, content creation, and scheduling
  • Assist with funneling leads to the sales team
  • Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads and TikTok
• Events: 
  • Assist with calendar coordination, ordering, and advertising the event
• Sales promotions: 
  • Assist in planning for upcoming promotions both internal and external
• Materials: 
  • Assist with distribution to branches and tracking of distribution
• Websites: 
  • Assist with updates to both company websites through content writing

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing techniques, both digital and direct.
• Familiarity with marketing technology and best practices.
• Working knowledge of design software (Adobe suite preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
