Shift Details: per diem for team members on PTO
Duties
Plans, organizes, and implements social work services to patients and their families in Oncology and Intensive Care Units, to assist them in meeting social and emotional problems arising in connection with an illness or hospitalization.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work
Minimum Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of CT
- Minimum of one year of casework experience highly preferred
- Acute care experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
