Job Duties:•oversee high school student interns working in afterschool and summer programming•onboarding and training of interns•placement, scheduling, monitoring, and ongoing observations of interns•administer pre and post surveys and exit interviews•hold daily and weekly debriefing meetings•goal-setting progress monitoring with interns•assist school site staff working with interns
