Position Overview:

As a CLE (Community Living Experience) Support Specialist – Adaptive Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and well-being of the individuals we serve. You'll collaborate with our dedicated team to provide personalized care, administer medication, and offer compassionate support to our clients in their daily activities.

What you'll do:

• Provide person centered care and support with individuals with disabilities.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
• Plan and engage in meaningful activities, outings and events to enhance the quality of life for the people you support.
• Promote social and emotional wellbeing by building strong, supportive relationships.
• Document and maintain accurate records of medical interventions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility in adapting to various client needs.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License, valid auto insurance.
• High school diplomas or GED.
• Desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
