Position: Pricing Analyst

Location: Austin, TX

Pay: 60K- 70K DOE

Position Summary:

The Secondary Marketing Assistant will support the Pricing Desk with analytical functions such as producing regular reporting, digesting, and disseminating daily loan information, researching data trends and anomalies.

Desired Competencies:

• Prior working experience in secondary/capital markets, or lock desk.
• Working knowledge of mortgage loans and an understanding of pricing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong Excel Skills
• SQL knowledge desired but not required

Desired Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience working in the mortgage industry; secondary/capital markets, or lock desk experience preferred.
