Pay: $30.89-$38.61 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

• Perform work in accordance with NFPA 70E and other applicable codes and guidelines
• Complete Preventive, Predictive, Work Order, and Project records in detail
• Welding and fire-watch
• Installing conduit and wirings, motors, instrumentation, recording devices, starters and temporary wiring setups
• Using precision instrumentation such as voltmeter, ammeter, megger, wattmeter, etc.
• Perform all types of mechanical maintenance, including but not limited to changing bearings, belts, gears, hoses, chains, pulleys, and airlines
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical (electrical and mechanical) malfunctions on all line equipment
• Perform a wide variety of maintenance and repair duties and new installations to plant grounds and buildings involving but not limited to concrete, masonry, roofs, and wood
• Perform routine maintenance on a predetermined schedule to maintain lubricants in production and support equipment
• Work on air conditioning units (all classes) and refrigeration units including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair steam generation equipment
• Fabricate, erect, and maintain all types of sheet metal work such as conical vessels, ducts, hoppers, and guards
• Operate all types of sheet metal machines such as power shears, power brakes, drill presses, iron workers, and power and hand rollers
• Able to understand fabrication drawings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification, a physical (including color acuity and hearing test), and drug screening
• Positive and Verifiable Work History
• A High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be willing and able to wear all required safety protective equipment and comply with all other job-related safety requirements
• Must be available to work any shift and day of the week.
• Available and able to work overtime as required even with little or no advance notification
