Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities including picking, packing, inventory control, loading, unloading, and maintaining warehouse operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform sorting, crushing, baling of plastic and carton
- Manage inventory control by organizing stock and maintaining accurate records
- Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment
- Assist in warehouse management tasks as needed
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse
- Utilize conveyor, baler, crushing equipment
- Utilize pumps to transfer liquids to totes or tanker
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Fabricate materials when required

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred but not required
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and baler
- Ability to load/unload heavy items safely
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
