New Age Protection is Hiring a Senior Supervisor Near Washington, DC
SUMMARY: The Senior Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the job site. Familiar with Government Agencies and establish relationships to further the company’s growth. Lead, make decisions, and oversee a program and systems life cycle. Establish a system engineering approach to effectively execute the operational needs of the contract into technical attainable, economical, and reasonable increments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing all technical aspects of the contract including development of schedules, timesheet approvals, costs, performance, and overall interactions with personnel.
- Maintain close professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and corporate officials by communicating key information to ensure the success of the overall contract. This includes but is not limited to the production of monthly reports, program status, security logistics, briefings, staffing needs, HR documentation, administrative matters, etc.
- Must be available when a problem arises and needs immediate attention.
- Monitor contract personnel to ensure adequate staffing and effective allocation of resources.
- Leads, and assists site supervisors and contract personnel.
- Conducts random site visits, and quality control and meets regularly with site personnel and supervisors to maintain and ensure the success of the site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Program Management or related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of on-site experience managing Government Access Control Support Services.
- Minimum Clearance Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph preferred.
- Must be available when a problem arises and needs immediate attention.
- Strong Organizational, Analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
