Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager to oversee our operations. The Manager will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical administrative support and managed care. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies and procedures - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality of care - Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare industry standards - Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate staff members - Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record system to manage patient records and appointments - Coordinate with external stakeholders such as insurance providers and vendors - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in an acute care setting - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices - Familiarity with fiscal management principles and budgeting processes - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficient in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other healthcare compliance standards We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
