New Age Contractors LLP is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator - Full Time Near Charleston, SC

Work week Monday through Friday at our office on James Island.

New Age Contractors is seeking a Full Time Administrative Coordinator who is punctual, highly motivated, and a positive individual to serve on our growing team. Please note that this is NOT a remote position. This position requires you to be in our office.

This individual MUST possess: data entry experience, strong organizational/ multi-tasking skills, time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Quick Books; and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone and via email, both for inbound information and troubleshooting. Other responsibilities include managing and directing technicians and their daily schedules, communicating with vendors and subcontractors, invoicing along with collections, and providing the correct products to the technicians daily.

We are a fast paced family-oriented company and are looking for individuals willing to start immediately. Opportunity for advancement within the Company is encouraged. Dress is business casual.
