We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Listing Agent. As a Listing Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with selling their properties. This is an opportunity to work in the dynamic and rewarding field of real estate.

Duties:
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values
- Assist clients in preparing their properties for sale, including staging and photography
- Create and manage property listings on various platforms
- Coordinate and conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the selling process

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and commitment to upholding them
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously
- Ability to effectively market properties and communicate their value to potential buyers
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and provide a positive experience
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
