Full-time position available in our busy Neurology practice located in West Tampa, Florida. Ideal candidates will possess exemplary customer service skills.

In this position you will be responsible for scheduling follow-up visits and/or diagnostic testing, and collecting payment before a patient leaves our facility. Financial requirements include, making change, accurately posting to EHR, and reconciling daily. You will also have shared responsibility of handling incoming telephone calls and other administrative tasks as needed. Experience working in an outpatient multi-provider medical practice with EHR and professional telephone etiquette is preferred.
