Clinical Support Staff in Neurofeedback/Biofeedback- Part time
The NF/BF Clinical Support staff (NFT) is responsible for understanding and implementing neurophysiological training programs using neurofeedback & Biofeedback treatment approaches. Ideal candidate will be expected to become proficient in the technical aspects of equipment and fundamentals of treatment objectives.

Clinical Support Staff will work directly with patients under the guidance of a licensed clinician to provide effective training and collaborate with a clinical team in our comprehensive treatment model. The staff be able to monitor, ensure and maintain safety measures that are in place.
The position is part-time (variable 12 -20 hours).
Available to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3pm -7pm & Saturday 8 am - 1pm.
Patient age groups: Clients between the ages of approximately 5-17, young adults and older adults. We work with a wide variety of patients seeking neurofeedback training and will need a motivated individual who is a team player and is adept to multitasking in a busy clinic.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
* Administer neurofeedback/neuromodulation protocols established by the clinician.
* Proficiency in learning and interpreting simple neurophysiological features
* Monitor progress and responses during each NF session. Document appropriately as trained
* Maintain client records, including assessments, treatment goals, number of sessions completed, protocols used, change protocols, brain wave frequencies and session outcomes as instructed
* Maintain HIPPA compliance & ensure all session data is documented in the client’s chart
* Assist with routine EEG recording procedures as needed and maintain good hygienic environment.
* Cleans and sterilizes equipment, sanitize contact surfaces, maintain supplies, maintain good cleaning protocols throughout the clinic.
* Computer literacy
* Strong writing skills
* Strong communication skills
* Punctual and strong work ethics with time management skills
* Preference will be given to those who are willing to become BCIA certified.
* This position is ideal for those who are interested in becoming BCIA certified
* We are able to train the right candidate who lacks experience within the neurofeedback field but has a background in mental health.
Pay: $15 - $18 / hour based on previous neurofeedback experience and or certification.
