Duties
- Scheduling/Rescheduling in office appointments
- Performing EEG Concussion Studies
- Requesting LOP from attorney's office
-Updating daily spreadsheets
-Updating attorneys on patients' treatment and non-compliance
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office and Personal Injury
- Familiarity with medical terminology, DRG, coding, ICD-10, ICD-9, medical coding, medical billing, medical collection, and medical records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using scheduling software or electronic health records systems
