Neurocare is Hiring a Patient Care Technician Near Brockton, MA

Since 1988, Neurocare has been a leader in the field of sleep medicine. Neurocare has grown into a network of sleep centers throughout New England, providing diagnostic sleep testing. Join our expanding team of sleep technologists for a rewarding career! We’re currently seeking a Part Time weekend team member to work at our Brockton location. No experience necessary... paid training!

About the Position:

This position is responsible for educating and instructing patients at our center in the use of portable equipment that will monitor their sleep. Primary duties consist of:

  • Explaining the portable sleep testing equipment to patients
  • Communicate with clinical and scheduling teams
  • Electronic medical record entry
  • Clean the home sleep testing equipment upon it’s return
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • HS diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • Good verbal and written communication 
  • Comfortable using computer (Microsoft Office)
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Dependability, enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
