Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Roofing Field Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Roofing Field Operations Supervisor, you will oversee our field operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to all safety and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in managing our roofing crews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of roofing installation crews and project managers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and building codes.

Manage project timelines, including scheduling of personnel and materials.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance as needed.

Resolve onsite issues and conflicts effectively.

Maintain continuous communication with project managers and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Train and mentor new team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in roofing or a similar construction field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Military Service or related field.

Experience with commercial and residential roofing projects.

Familiarity with construction management software.
