Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., a full-service mid-sized law firm with offices in New Haven, Hartford and Fairfield, Connecticut seeks a part-time communications specialist for approximately 10-15 hours weekly.
Responsibilities include website updates, interface as needed with the consultant webmaster, prepare press releases and distribute to media outlets, update attorney profiles on LinkedIn, AVVO, CT Bar Assoc, etc., maintain firm/attorney listings on general online sites (ex. Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Martindale Hubbell, Law Pact), prepare NPM sponsorship ads, prepare and email annual holiday e-cards and manage the attorneys' client lists, prepare monthly Google Analytics web traffic report, and attorney and firm marketing/promotion, as needed. Candidate must be proficient in word, excel, and publisher or other design software, posess excellent writing skills and the ability to work independently. The position is located in the New Haven office but the candidate must be able to travel to the Hartford office as needed.
