With a newly launched industry leading website, inventory management software and other tools for sucess, Neu Appliance wholesale has a great foundation, now looking for a impactful leader to steer the ship to sucess. As a sucessful appliance store owner in Austin texas, Our owner built a supply chain and sales channel he was seeking during his beginning years. Our customer facing wholesale eccomerce website gets constant recognition in our industry from other appliance stores as being the best solution on the market. Our custom built website and inventory software offers many solutions that do not exist in the liquidation market anywhere else:
- Flat rate pricing (no auctions)
- Customizable purchases
- Pictures of the actual products for sale (no stock images)
- Accurate manifest and descriptions (verified by our sofware)
- Automatically generated slide show videos for social media posts.
*Our Products*
We wholesale bulk lots of liquidations of large household appliances like refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers etc from major retailers and manufacturers.
We sell truckloads of these appliances primarily B2B to appliance dealers, resellers, scratch and dent stores, liquidation type stores or discount stores all over the country.
We have 3 facilities located in Texas and South Carolina totaling over 200k Sq ft. Currently we have 65 truckloads of appliances for sale on our wholesale website (more than any other appliance liquidation site)

**Sales Stategies**
Our wholesale website generates many warm leads daily along with new customer requests from prospects looking to purchase. You will strategize and implement an onboarding process for these new memebers. Create an impactful touchpoints to keep these members engaged and drive sales. The products we sell are in very high demand but require customer education and engagement. Through email campaigns, Social media groups, video call meetings, tours of our facilities, meetings at customer's retail locations and other means you will establish deep relationships with customers to generate repeat sustainable business. Our customer base is highly engaged in social media groups we are admin's in. We have 550 members currently that have not been properly marketed to or onboarded. Our market presence, reputation, products and pricing far outpace our competitors.
**Requirements**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand wholesale business
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Build an Outbound Sales funnel to expand our client list. Including, email campaigns, phone calls, in person meetings (travel), mail advertisments and other strategies.
- Build an inbound Sales funnel including email campaigns, promotions, marketing materials, to increase engagement and sales with clients
- Maximize repeat business with existing clients
- Grow and Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain excellent relationships with our suppliers and contracts
- Improve and maintain out social media pages including facebook and other social platforms.
- Conduct outside sales visits to foster new business relationships
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers and customers
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 10 Years of proven experience in B2B or technical sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in technology sales tools like Salesforce, mailchimp an other marketing softwares
- Demonstrated success in account management and outside sales
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs
**This is a Commision Role**
Our General Manager will make a base salary $40k with an UNCAPPED Commision on every sucessful sale by their team or them individually. If you earning less than $100k a year, you would not be meeting our expectations.
With the right General manager there is $300k of yearly earning potential
You will be responsible for building and improving the processes and systems.
We will support you along the way.
