The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead our efforts in process optimization, quality management, and organizational excellence. This pivotal role ensures that business processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with quality standards. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, this position drives positive change and elevates our overall operations.

  • Process Optimization and Efficiency:
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze existing business processes and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and eliminate inefficiencies using lean methodologies.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflows, eliminate waste, and optimize efficiency.
    • Drive positive change by implementing process enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance and Standards:
    • Establish and maintain quality standards for products manufactured within our facilities ensuring alignment with industry best practice and compliance with industry regulations.
    • Monitor team performance and organizational processes to consistently uphold quality.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity and overall staff satisfaction.
  • Leadership
    • Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to shape strategic decisions that align with organizational goals.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by inspiring and motivating team members to embrace quality initiatives.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to excellence and adherence to quality standards.
    • Empower team members to take ownership of their roles and contribute to overall process improvement.
    • Promote cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated with the latest management methodologies, process optimization techniques, and quality assurance practices.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of ISO 9001 standards, ensuring effective application within our quality management processes.
Qualifications

  • Passion for Innovation and Positive Change
    : Drive process optimization and innovation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Effective communication, coaching, motivation, and conflict management.
  • Professional Representation: Represent NETZSCH professionally to external agencies, customers, and vendors.
  • Solid Negotiation Skills: Ability to communicate, persuade, strategize, and cooperate.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of Continuous Improvement and/or Quality Leadership within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), or equivalent (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge: Proficient in ISO 9001; familiarity with ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001. Preferred experience with SAP, especially in the SAP QM module.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred not required).
