Job Description :

Networks Connect is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Patient Access Supervisor, on behalf of our client, to oversee the administrative operations of our Patient Access Department, operating 24 / 7.

This role is pivotal in maintaining superior customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction, and achieving departmental fiscal goals.

Currently hiring for 2nd Shift. Must be available to train on 1st Shift.

Key Responsibilities :

• the Patient Access team, including Admissions, Emergency Department , Laboratory, Radiology Registration, Scheduling, and Financial Counseling.
• hiring, training, and day-to-day management, focusing on staff development and performance.
• in financial management and quality assurance activities within the department.
• with medical, nursing, and accounting staff for efficient patient placement.
• call, weekend, and shift coverage; flexible to work at different locations within the department.

Qualifications :

• Education : Associate's Degree (Required).
• 4 years in healthcare, with 2 years in a supervisory role. Minimum 2 years Experience in the Emergency Department
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, consumer relations skills, proficiency in hospital systems, Microsoft products, and project management.
• CHAM Certification within the first year of hire.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
