We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Solutions Architect to join our Technology Team. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions to our clients that address their pain points. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions that include designs, specifications, requirements, product lists, and supporting the sales team in serving all our accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with technical knowledge pertaining to the products and services offered by the company.
• Customer Solution Design and Technical Specifications.
• Pre- sales technical assistance
• Review quotes related to Statements of Work for accuracy.
• Develop solutions and continuing education for sales team.
• Remain up to date on all technology trends and internal business needs.
• Project Estimation and Bill of Materials.
• Understand prospects’ business strategy and needs.
• Maintain and update all client records in a timely, accurate fashion.
• Have a demonstrated passion for the technology industry.
• Continuously work toward maximizing profitably from current and prospective customers

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Broad knowledge base and willingness to stay up to date on latest industry trends
• Assist sales team in sales presentations and product demos
• Attend sales meetings and ensures sales engineering activities are completed according to company policy.
• Document process and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
• Assist with sales projects and provide cross function assistance to other dependents when needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in technology design related field.
• Experience in sales and IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are a plus.
