```Duties```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities. Your role will involve managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance needs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate or modify equipment as needed
- Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Assist in the development of annual budgets for maintenance operations

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems
- Experience in project management and coordinating with contractors
- Proficiency in low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
