This is an in-person internship where you will help to create a learning & development program (educational activities) to enhance the knowledge and skills of member distributors and Network associates of the overall value that Network provides to our member distributors, by providing information and instruction on how to better utilize Network tools for specific tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• The position would inventory current educational tools focused on member distributors from all internal departments ( not limited to the following departments )
  • Supplier Team, NetSource Team, Corporate Account Sales, Accounting Team, IT Team, HR Team, Customer Service. Value Chain
• Determine the areas where we have gaps and lack specific educational tools and if the current tools have been updated to reflect current member expectations.
• Research current educational tools and training materials that other distributors and or companies may be utilizing.
• Develop a member survey of educational activities and tools that members may access and determine what are the top options from our members.
• Survey members to verify what are the members looking for Network to assist with.
• Based on members response help to prioritize the educational tools Network should enhance and or build for second part of 2024 and develop a plan for 2025.
• Discuss how to build out a module for Network Associates to better understand member distributors and the relationship between members and Network Associates.
• Explore options to develop a distributor-oriented leadership development boot camp to assist Network member companies develop new talent.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program in a communications, human resources or business related major
• Great communication skills both written and oral
• Demonstrated ability to connect with people and navigate newly formed connections productively
• Ability to think analytically, be curious, and thoughtfully problem solve

You’ll also get to collaborate and get to know interns in other functions to gain key business skills and help you succeed in the corporate world. As a capstone to the internship program, you will have the opportunity to present your summer experience and projects to our executive leadership team.
