Detailed Description

The position will provide direct Administrative Assistance to the assigned Netsync Director to assist with day-to-day functions, including but not limited to travel, reports, scheduling, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Sit at the front desk and answer any calls that come through

* Greet any guests that may come into the office for meetings

* Responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling meetings as assigned

* To coordinate, attend, and takes minutes for team meetings

* Manages and completes expense reports for the team including, collection and uploading of all printed and digital receipts

* Maintains manager and team member's calendars

* Completes sales and commission reports as assigned

* Completes special projects as assigned

* Schedules and coordinates other outside events for Director and team as assigned

* Responsible for booking travel

* Responsible for following up with Account Managers on specific account status's and maintaining updates for accounts in CRM (internal sales database)

* Liaison for issues that may need to be resolved, including but not limited to spending or credit card increase requests or inter-departmental issues and communications

* Assists HR with pre-screening and setting up interviews for team openings as needed

* Compiles and edits weekly reports and sends them out to the team

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:

* High School Diploma Required

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred

* 1-3 years' office experience a must

* At least one-year supporting executive-level managers or directors
