We’re seeking Service Technicians with experience in Security/Physical Access Control Systems to join our Northern California team. This position is critical to the success of the department and requires an acute technical background of security integration. 

Essential Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients about the condition of their system and recommend upgrades to keep them current with latest security technology. 
• Maintain and test multi-security system for clients that have service contracts in place. 
• Troubleshoot technics to determine what type of problem may exist and to facilitate a correction action to solve the problem.
• Required to time stamp progress in Blue Folder ticket system for real time updates to customers.
• Work effectively and independently through multiple service calls daily.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
• Share new technical information or knowledge to our Operations installation department.
• Communicate with Coordination Team on next steps and needs that are discovered during calls.
• Be accountable for continuous development and growth within the department.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity when dealing with customers and colleagues.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
• Or six months to one year related experience and/or training;
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Software House
• AMAG
• S2
• Multiple manufacture certifications for access control, communication systems, intrusion, and surveillance systems
• Advanced logic and programming courses that are trade specific
