Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a vibrant Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our client's energetic team. Our client thrives on a "Client First" philosophy, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to their clients in every aspect of our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply your sharp attention to detail and critical thinking skills in all tasks.
  • Take a proactive approach in supporting attorneys.
  • Respond to requests with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Utilize your experience with eDiscovery software to organize data for document production requests.
  • Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal standards.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with a thorough understanding of litigation processes.
  • Keep track of deadlines proactively.
  • Manage cases diligently, notifying attorneys of necessary actions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • File documents electronically with the courts.
  • Draft documents and filings with precision.
  • Assist in preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Bring a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to the table.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exercise sound judgment, including the ability to identify and escalate issues.
  • Deliver excellent oral and written communication.
  • Prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines consistently.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 3 years of related experience in a law firm or legal environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with eDiscovery software, specifically Relativity and Trial Director.
  • Proficient command of the English language and standard grammar rules.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
