Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Product Owner with expertise in Oracle ERP, specifically in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and enhancement of our Oracle ERP system to meet the needs of our finance, supply chain, and HR departments. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, gathering requirements, defining user stories, and prioritizing features for the Oracle ERP system.
• Work closely with finance, supply chain, and HR departments to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements for the Oracle ERP system.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Oracle ERP system, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, providing guidance and support to the development team.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Stay informed about Oracle ERP best practices, new features, and updates, and make recommendations for system enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the Oracle ERP system.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT product management or related roles, with a focus on Oracle ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and HR processes and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are desirable.
