Netchex looking for a part-time Production Support Associate to join our team!

This position assists in the printing, quality control, and shipping of a high volume of payrolls daily, along with juggling other assigned duties.

This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Communication is key in this role. This position has set hours, 15-20 hours ranging from Mon-Thursday.

Essential Job Functions :

• Accurately supporting / back up for printing, sorting, and Shipping thousands of packages
• Helping Clean / maintain machines
• Keep the department tidy by completing daily checklists
• Running postage meter
• Year-end forms printing and shipping / blackout dates are January 1st-February 10th- some weekends and after-hours work are required during this time
• Maintain, restock, and organize supplies
• Assist with weekly invoicing

Job Qualifications :

• High school education / G.E.D.
• Team player
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail is critical
• Organization skills are a must

• The employee must be able to lift / move up to 45 pounds
• Required to stand all-day
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
• The employee is required to preform multi tasking and excellent communication skills

Pay : $15 - $16 per hour
