Job Description: Netchex is looking for a motivated Account Executive 1 to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals with hunting experience, strong technological capabilities, and a drive to achieve a six-figure income for the first time in their career. Industry experience is not required; we provide comprehensive training and support. The successful candidate will focus on prospecting and acquiring new clients, targeting businesses with 20 to 100 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the target market segment using various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
  2. Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of Netchex's products/services and addressing their specific needs and pain points.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the sales process.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up to move deals forward.
  5. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of Netchex solutions.
  6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospects, working to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to drive sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hunting sales role, with a proven track record of success in prospecting and closing deals.
  2. Technology Capabilities: Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms to manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activities.
  3. Drive for Success: Demonstrated ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a desire to build income to six figures for the first time in your career.
  4. Prospecting Skills: Ability to effectively prospect and qualify leads, with a focus on businesses with 20 to 100 employees.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
