NetBrain is Hiring a Product Manager, Office of the CEO Near Burlington, MA

What We Need

NetBrain is looking to add a Senior Product Manager in the CEO’s office. In this role, you will report directly to the SVP of the CEO's Office and work closely with our Founder/CEO to drive product strategy and execution of our industry-changing no-code network automation platform. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with development team, marketing team, pre-sales and post-sales engineering teams to accelerate GTM success.

The Impact You’ll Make

Through this role, you will have a massive impact on the entire network industry by enabling automation as the default solution to all levels of network operation challenges, at scale. You will collaborate or lead key initiatives to market, educate, train, enable internal teams and external customers on the industry first no-code automation platform.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Collaboration: You will work closely with the product team to maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal developments and strategic roadmap. Serve as an internal integrator, fostering collaboration and synergy among all departments.
  • Product Marketing: Develop engaging, clear, and differentiating messaging to market no-code automation platform. Work with sales and marketing to understand the customer needs, pain points, and journey to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Launch Management: Lead and manage the rollout of new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution. Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth and successful launches.
  • Content and training Development: Manage the creation of high-quality content and training for new releases.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign successes, customer feedback, and market trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement for products in the market. Perform research to understand emerging markets, new product development opportunities, market sizes and segments to align internal product development.
  • Industry Engagement: Eagerly pursue a deep understanding of the industry, including competitor strategies, emerging technologies, and market trends.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned in support of the company’s goals and objectives.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Strong technical background with proven ability to excel in Engineering or Product Management team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and determination.
  • Collaborative mindset and a strong team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, collaborate and prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic and geographically/time-zone distributed environment.
  • Passion for technology is a must!
  • Fluent Mandarin communication skills are strongly preferred.
