What We Need

NetBrain is looking for a Director of Customer Transformation in the CEO’s office for our rapidly growing company. We need a leader with a strong engineering mindset and proven ability to transform customers through services.

The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to develop strategies and best practices for customer transformation. You will work with cross-functional leaders to develop, implement, and improve processes and solutions needed for customer transformation. You will also develop strategies for recruiting and developing talents for customer transformation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop the strategies and best practices for customer transformation
• Develop, implement, and improve the processes and solutions needed for customer transformation
• Create and implement the strategies for recruiting and developing talents for customer transformation
• Provide thought leadership in how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs
• Develop, execute, and improve automation playbooks on use cases, and problems that can be resolved by no-code automation.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
• 5 years of service experience
• Team management experience
• Proven leader for customer transformation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
