The Role that Bolsters Our Integrity:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all facets of order/data entry, and order fulfillment to include processing a high volume of orders and meeting daily deadlines. Must be able to execute all responsibilities accurately and quickly, have advanced problem solving and organizational skills. We’re looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years in a Order Entry/Customer Service role. A professional that is detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Possess positive and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others in a team setting. Microsoft Office XP and Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred. We invite you to apply today.

Core Responsiblities:

• Sales order and data entry.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, taking messages and routing calls.
• Handling customer inquiries regarding order placement, pricing, delivery confirmation, and other pertinent order management questions.
• Manage e-commerce order fulfillment systems.
• Neta & GSA website – update customer’s orders with tracking info

Required Education and Experience:

Minimum Associates Degree (e.g., life sciences such as biology, chemistry preferred) and/or equivalent experience will be considered.

You will be navigating through a professional/warehouse office environment, deploying standard office equipment, and embracing a typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday work schedule. A work schedule will be assigned and you will be expected to begin and end work accordingly.
