Position: Mainframe Storage Admin

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of zOS storage concepts.
- Have strong knowledge of CA-1 and RMM products.
- Should have worked on CA-1 to RMM or RMM to CA-1 migration.
- Work independently in a complex environment.
- Work with multiple teams for day-to-day activities
- Lead all aspects of the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards
- Work with multiple teams for day-to-day activities
- Work independently in a sophisticated environment
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop scalable solutions
- Provide authority mentorship on z/OS administration, ensuring high availability and performance
- Lead MF Storage (IBM) configurations, optimizing storage solutions for efficiency and reliability
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies
- Look out for new technologies and trends in infrastructure architecture
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions on standard processes in infrastructure management
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly
- Be responsible for the evaluation and selection of infrastructure technologies, tools, and processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve system performance and reliability
- Migrate CA-1 to RMM
- At least 10 years of work experience.
- Required skills: zOS Storage, CA-1, and RMM
- Good understanding of zOS storage concepts
- Solid understanding of CA-1 and RMM products
- Have experience working on CA-1 to RMM or RMM to CA-1 migration
