Russell Tobin Associates is currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support their legal department in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the ecommerce industry. This is a 10-month contract with possibility of extension.

Job Title: Legal Assistant

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 10-months

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: ONSITE - Seattle, WA

Our client's Legal Department is looking for a legal assistant to support our their organization. The legal assistant will provide administrative assistance to attorneys, contracts managers, and business partners

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide administrative assistance to attorneys, contracts managers, and business partners
• Route contracts for signature
• Locate agreements
• Assist attorneys and managers with needs in DocuSign
• Update templates for agreements
• Update translation based agreements
• Help onboard outside council

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of related Legal work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and DocuSign
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written
• Able to work with multiple systems
• Able to work onsite in Seattle, WA

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree
