Net Meter Customer Service Position - consist of the working out of the Chino Facility and learning about the Home Improvement Industry leading up to being licensed by California. This exciting career requires training, we provide $400 per week during the training period and upon completing you are advanced to a Home Improvement Specialist that assist with Residential and Commercial Utility Projects. This includes a 200% Pay increase in the upon training completion after the 2nd month.

The position consist of surveying information regarding, appliances working or not working, pool / spa, plans to change the structure of the home, condition of electrical sockets, if the home has medical equipment, if the home plans to purchase an electric car, Electrical panel condition and verify the homeowner appliances working or not working, pool / spa, plans to change the structure of the home, condition of electrical sockets, if the home has medical equipment, if the home plans to purchase an electric car, Electrical panel condition and verify the home owner.

30% of homes qualify for the Net Meter Programs. The program consist of upgrading appliances if needed, repairing the electrical panel and qualifying the home for a solar conversion all at no cost to the homeowner. The challenge pertaining to this position is only 30% of 100% qualify for renewable power incentives set by California. Verbal challenges include, fatigue from heat or cold while communicating to the homeowner. Not having the ability to work independently due to personal obligations. Not having 30 days of clothes to wear allowing the surveyor to be comfortable at reading electric meters.

This role requires the ability to utilize a tablet and the tools that are provided during training . Training is provided to all whom choose to assist in the delivery of the reports directly to the homeowner after training completion. This role can also be performed from home after the third month if the trained specialist is capable of working productively from a remote location. Customer Service Specialist are provided a tablet during work hours if you do not have a tablet. Work performance based bonus’s are provided through the demonstration of assisting customers successfully during work hours. This position is, is in person out of our Chino Facility.
