Job Description:

Live Buzz Co Is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events.

Pay Range:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and event logistics.
• Set up and dismantle event equipment and signage.
• Assist with on-site event coordination, including registration, attendee management, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a point of contact for event vendors, sponsors, and attendees.
• Assist with event marketing and promotion efforts, including social media management and content creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as required.
