POSITION SUMMARY
As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the coordination of all line management functions regarding production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, management of people, quality, safety, and sanitation of the processing and departments. In this role you will be required to be a problem solver that drives Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant.
  • Support our production team members by providing guidance, coaching and feedback to achieve shared goal; Safely deliver high quality nutrition for pets and the people who love them
  • Reinforce, coach and mentor teams on the importance of following all safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Participate and lead training and continuous improvement events around safety, quality, and performance
  • Participate in our continuous improvement journey, leading problem solving, supporting autonomy of operators and interfacing with peers cross functionally across departments
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years' experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
  • 1 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $90,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestl offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
