• Work under trainers in various areas within the Facilities Department
• Assisting on packaging lines
• Learn to clean and paint
• General Facility repairs
• Groundskeeping
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Follow all appropriate GMP/safety rules and regulations.
• Follow all youth safety standards as defined by OSHA and the State of IN.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment of Advanced Manufacturing/Construction Course
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to function in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility, organization, and time management skills.
• 16 years of age.
