JOB SUMMARY :
The Level 3 - Technician’s role is to support (and learn to lead on occasion) trial related functions in both the benchtop and pilot plant.
This position exhibits the following NLF competencies at a successful level : Practice What you Preach, Results Focus, Know Yourself, Proactive Cooperation, and Initiative.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supports and can perform with help all trial related activities (ex : weighing ingredients, assembling finished product, performing required unit operations, sanitation and other duties assigned).
Utilizes HACCP training to support release trials.
JOB Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Knowledge) :
SUPERVISION RECEIVED / GIVEN :
A proactive independent person that is able to lead / complete projects with minimal supervision. Creative and innovative with a sense of urgency and passion.
There will be formal training sessions set up for all new comers to Nestle as well as specific courses required as an R&D employee.
The manager will guide the training plan, and it is the responsibility of the individual to execute the plan. This individual does not have direct reports.
