This position is for 2nd shift; Monday-Friday 3 : 00-11 : 30pm.
As a Spreader, you’ll be responsible for spreading soft gel capsule pills so that they are organized and ready for the next step in production.
You’ll prepare stacking trays of the capsules and inspect them to ensure the quality of product. If you are attentive to detail, organized, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, join our team as we produce high-quality pharmaceutical products for our consumers!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare stack trays with liner paper to receive soft gel capsules
Scoop capsules from encapsulation machine after they have been released from the tumbler
Check quality of products
Build stacking trays then place for drying
Comply with company policies and procedures
Maintain regular work attendance
Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
SKILLS :
Ability to write simple correspondence
Basic mathematical skills
Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions
Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend, etc within a manufacturing environment
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.50-$19.52. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
