We are seeking an experienced leader in residential real estate to help us lead our expansion into Charleston, Mount Pleasant and (potentially) throughout the Lowcountry.

This is a unique opportunity in that we're also open to a potential partnership opportunity.

Nest Realty is a real estate brokerage that helps full-time agents and teams build relationships, deliver exceptional experiences and grow durable businesses.

Nest was founded in 2008 in Charlottesville, Va. We have strategically expanded to 21 offices throughout the mid-Atlantic and southeast. We were acquired in 2020 and then re-acquired ourselves back in 2023. We're 100% independent and are, once again, ready to grow. Over the last year, we've been rebuilding our technology, systems, and processes.

We are targeting a handful of markets throughout the mid-Atlantic and southeast to potentially expand into starting in late 2024. However, there is work to be done now to land the groundwork for future success.
