Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspection and dimensional checks of assets and upload documentation in appropriate database.
- Coordinate with painting team to label all assets
- Ensure compliance of all DOT registered equipment meeting Oregon, Washington State and Idaho regulations.
- Regularly monitor GPS assets for both crane and rigging fleets, assessing and maintaining health and performance
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory records and generate reports
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Ability to travel to all company sites including Tacoma, Seattle and Boise
Skills:
- Strong knowledge DOT compliance requirements
- Proficient in fleet maintenance software such as (NexGen)
- Proven experience in equipment compliance, fleet management, or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is available to all teams
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
