The Store Fulfillment Team is responsible for the delivery of all endpoint devices and the applications they run to store locations worldwide.

This team is also responsible for the procurement, fulfillment, and management of IT hardware and software as well as contract management.

The Store Support Technician Role will work as part of a team to ensure optimal fulfillment of all assets procured by IT for 1,000 stores in 20 countries.

The Store Support Technician position under general supervision provides logistics, diagnosis, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, asset tracking, and lifecycle maintenance of retail a point of sales equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, follow up, and close all assigned incident tickets and return material authorizations
• Provide consistent, high quality fulfillment services to all associates and stores with minimum guidance
• Pack and unpack equipment for shipping and receiving
• Maintain a fundamental level of troubleshooting expertise to refurbish or repair store equipment (POS, PCs, peripherals, scanners, traffic counters, and kiosks) either independently or with other teams
• Maintain accurate inventory of store assets and acceptable inventory levels of repaired devices
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports
• Achieve performance goals and objectives in the area of productivity, accuracy, and expense control

Qualifications

• Able to consistently follow regimented procedures with high rate of accuracy and quality
• Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Capable of standing, bending, and independently lifting up to 50 pounds pallet shipments
• Can safely operate forklift and motorized pallet jack equipment
• Able to work 9-5 : 30
• Good technical, analytical, and time management skills
• Computer literate and working knowledge of word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and E-Mail (Outlook) software application is require
• Knowledge of Asset Management software and practice is a plus but not a requirement
• Knowledge of iOS and Android is a plus, but no required.
